Today I'm preparing, portioning, and packaging a weeks worth of healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Meal prepping is a great way to keep yourself on track with your meal plan. It keeps me from mindlessly snacking throughout the day. I always know what I can and can't eat in a day. Not to mention, for a busy day, it's great to have everything ready to go.

*To clear up any confusion, when I say "you can skip this step" at 4:11, I'm referring to how I transferred the vegetables into a bowl. I needed the pan to cook the chicken in. If anyone would like to buy me a second pan, I'd be okay with it :p
